Giving

For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

- Matthew 6:21

Why we give.

We give because we recognize all that we have been given. God loves us so deeply that He was willing to sacrifice His only son. But, He offers far more than just forgiveness. For those who believe and place their trust in Him, He provides restoration, new life, joy, and peace! So, we give out of an abundance of that new life! It is an act of appreciation and gratitude for all that we have been blessed with. But we also give so that those gifts can be multiplied; so that more and more people can hear of the good news of Jesus Christ. In hopes that some of those will experience the amazing love of God which we have experienced; that love which can only be known through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things?
Romans 8:32

Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. 18 Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. 19 In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.
1 Timothy 6:17-19

Giving isn't just about money

Jesus says the harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. There is so much need in our community and in our church and we are always in need of more workers. So please, consider joining one of our volunteer teams to give in ways that are far greater than funding. Click the link below to fill out our volunteer interest form and a ministry leader will contact you to help you get plugged in to a suitable serving opportunity.

Spiritual Gifts Survey

We all have unique skills and interests. This is no coincidence, for we were handmade by God. We believe that each person was crafted, for a specific purpose and that ministry is most effective and fulfilling when we are all serving where we are meant to; where we were designed to. Some, may know their spiritual gifts instinctively. Others, have maybe never even heard the term. Regardless of whether you know or not, we'd invite you to take this survey. It will reveal your top 3 spiritual gifts, share the strengths and weaknesses associated with those gifts and offer some suggestions of where that gifting might be utilized. Not only will it provide personal insight, but it will allow our church to see what strengths we have as a whole, and help each and every person find the area of ministry that is best for them and the kingdom of God.
