Love God
While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. His love for us extends far beyond human understanding. As a church, we want to fall more in love with God and learn more about His goodness. The love God has for us allows us to live with Him in eternity, and His love also disciplines and corrects as we grow and become more like him.
Live in Community
Our love prompts us to want to live in community with other believers. When we live in community, we encourage each other to live life on mission and grow closer to God. Our best example of community is found in the book of Acts where we see the early church living and growing together. They spent time breaking bread together, praying together, holding each other accountable, and going together to share the Gospel. We believe life change happens best in the context of relationships where participants share and encourage each other toward spiritual growth.
Engage in ministry
We believe that each member of the church has been given specific gifts that we use to reach our city, state, nation, and world. We each have a role to play within the church. This means serving to help in the ministries and work within the church, and it also means going into the community and to the ends of the earth to share the Gospel. We aren’t called to just come to church, we are called to be the church. Engaging in the ministries of the church and living intentionally in your everyday life will enable us to be the global church that Christ intended for us to be.
Plan your visit
NURSERY
What you need to do
First Time Visitors: Park up front in the guest parking and someone will escort you to the nursery. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so that we have time to register your child(ren) and get you to worship on time. There is a designated computer for you to check-in, and a staff nursery staff member will be there to greet you and help with check-in.
Check-In: Once your family's information is in the computer, the check-in process should take no longer than a few seconds, as the computer system will print out a customized security badge for your child and a corresponding badge for you, the parent or guardian. We do not allow children to attend a class if they are not checked in. We begin receiving children 15 minutes prior to the start of a worship service.
Pick-Up: When you go to pick up your child following a worship service or church event, you must have the corresponding parent badge in order for the leader to release your child. Out of respect for our staff and volunteers, we ask for parents to please pick up their children no later than 10 minutes after your worship service or Sunday School class ends. We do not release children without the matching badge.
Other Info:
At all times someone trained in Infant and Child CPR and First Aid will be on the premises in the nursery area. We are also trained and can use Epi-Pens. If you would like additional information on our nursery program or have any questions, concerns or suggestions, please contact our Nursery Coordinator, Angie Smith.
